Programs
We maintain a building for use by other entities primarily not-for-profit entities for use in their operations and fund raising activities. In 2023 we sold a building that we owned since 1960 and agreed to a rental ctracto for a different building owned by the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo. We are using the proceeds from the sale of the old building to refurbish our new building. We anticipate that construction will be completed in 2025 creating the opportunity for Grand Island Catholic Club to renew its leasing activities to benefit other not-for-profit entities in the area and provide a needed service for these entities.
