These funds are given and they never need to be repaid by the individuals. An annual reassessment is done on all recipients to make sure they fall under the guidelines to receive the funds. The monthly amounts vary per individual and need and are reviewed every six months by the committee to make sure more money isn't needed or that lifestyles have changed.

1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

Left out of every figure on this page: $4.8M from one payer (the payer shares this organization's board, largest Grand Chapter of Pa Endowment Corporation Inc). These are real filings, and they are not money GRAND CHAPTER OF PENNSYLVANIA ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR INC raised.

From the IRS filings of GRAND CHAPTER OF PENNSYLVANIA ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of GRAND CHAPTER OF PENNSYLVANIA ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $640 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
