What Envision Resolution Foundation does

Mission

Improving community health and wellness through education, engagement, and access to resources

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.

Program

  1. During the fiscal year, EnVision Resolution Foundation continued advancing its mission to promote health, wellness, and equity through community-based programs. The organization implemented Barbershop Real Talk, a recurring men's health and wellness series that created safe spaces for open dialogue on blood pressure management, mental health, fatherhood, and financial stability while connecting participants to local resources and health screenings. More than 200 individuals participated throughout the year. In addition, the Foundation led a summer Barbershop Health Initiative offering free screenings, blood pressure checks, and education on chronic disease prevention to over 100 community members. Together, these efforts strengthened community engagement and advanced health awareness in underserved neighborhoods.

How concentrated its funding is

ENVISION RESOLUTION FOUNDATION leans on a few funders — its largest provides 58% of grant income and the top three 96%; half comes from just 1 funder.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

87% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund ENVISION RESOLUTION FOUNDATION.
