Program

  1. Founded in 2003, declarations, inc. Has grown into a national leader in community supports for consumers of behavioral healthcare services. Declarations, inc. Was founded for the purpose of providing wellness and recovery services for those with behavioral healthcare needs in a supportive housing setting. Declarations, inc. Has developed the nationally recognized declarations' life coaching model, which is built upon the philosophy that the path to successful rehabilitation and wellness starts with a person's own internal motivation and strength. The life coaching model strives to promote the idea that behavioral healthcare services should emphasize the facilitation of self-help and empowerment, thus creating wellness from within. The effectiveness of this model has resulted in high levels of consumer satisfaction rating with more than 90% of consumers maintaining housing. 1 of 3 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 0% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $39 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
