01What it does

What Clarinda Youth Corporation does

Mission

The mission of clarinda academy was to prepare our students to lead responsible lives. Since the program has closed, organization has shifted its focus to community betterment through various projects.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Program

On its FY2024 return the organization reported starting a significant new program and a significant change in how it conducts a program.

Organization ceased operations in april 2021 when the last student left the facility. The organization has not yet liquidated.

Its own explanation, from Schedule O of that return (Part III, line 3).

  1. The organization ceased operations in april 2021, so no youth have been served since then. There was no program revenue for the current fiscal year.

The program described on its FY2024 Form 990.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

90% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund CLARINDA YOUTH CORPORATION.
