01What it does

What Bridgebuilders Inc does

Mission

We are dedicated to bridging the gap between family units and the social services necessary to establish and maintain a productive quality of life.

As stated on its FY2021 Form 990.

Program

In 2021 the organization delivered 4,090 hours of homecare services for the frail and disabled. Forty hours of service were facilitated on mental heatlh awareness through community sessions. Twenty-two hours of training caregiver related was facilitated during the year. Four staff members were provided additional traning on sanitation and disinfection of contaminated areas of the home. Three caregivers were trained on falls prevention. The pandemic prevented the continuation of home care because of the severe shortage of staff and the continued spread of the covid virus. The community health forum was postponed to prevent large group events.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990, which lists programs largest first by expense.

Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

1 of 2 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 16% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $196 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
