What Arkansas Public School Resource Center does
Mission
To provide assistance and professional development services to children, parents, faculty and staff of open enrollment, public, charter, and rural schools. To enhance learning, improve education and fiscal practices within school systems.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.
Programs
Charter school program (csp) grants: the objectives of apsrc's csp grant are: 1) to increase the number of high quality district conversion and open enrollment charter schools with an emphasis on those that serve educationally disadvantaged students; 2) to improve student outcomes, particularly where educationally disadvantaged students are concerned; and 3) to disseminate best practices. With the csp grant funds, apsrc has awarded 37 of the 37 projected subgrants; provided onsite academic support to subgrantees; and disseminated best practices through an online portal, at apsrc's annual fall conference, and through a spring conference hosted in may of 2025.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2022 to 2023, from $8.0M to $12M (+50%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2021 56% · 2022 72% · 2023 82% · 2024 76% · 2025 70%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
82% of ARKANSAS PUBLIC SCHOOL RESOURCE CENTER’s revenue is contributions — more donation-reliant than the typical peer (23% for the typical peer).
