Alltru celebrates women in special operations and is committed to inspiring the next generation of problem solvers and leaders through thought provoking engagement, proliferation of digital resources, and the application of the women, peace, and security act. Since incorporating in 2021, alltru has become the premiere organization for women across the special operations community to gather and give back. Our community successfully evacuated over 40 of our female afghan counterparts, who are now settling in cities across the u.s. And are integrating into alltru's efforts. Alltru has reached over 1,000+ u.s. Students through in-person events, and is readying to reach a global audience through the launch of a complementary documentary, guerrera, that highlights alltru role models. Alltru successfully operates and maintains internet for two girls schools operating clandestinely under the taliban, ensuring young girls retain access to education and economic mobility.

Alltru lead: under lead, alltru launched a groundbreaking care framework to support women of special operations and plans and executes community events that enhance peer-to-peer support, combating pts and veteran suicide.alltru directly funded advanced diagnostic labs for 14x women of special operations, and hosted the following major community events for over 300x participants: 1. Alltru integration at special operations forces week 2025 tampa, fl. This included sponsored lodging for 24x women of special operations to attend the largest u.s. Special operations command-hosted industry conference.2. East and west coast performance summits (ragnar races w/ over 40x participants) & a memorial event for 1lt ashley white (kia 2011) wv & wa. This event included travel for gold star family attendance and integration into events.3. Alltru gather 2026 alexandria, va. This multi-day event included a professional development leadership summit for over 40x participants at mount vernon with the george washington leadership institute. It also included a memorial workout run with over 50x participants, culminating at arlington national cemetery and the resting place of shannon kent (kia 2019).…
