What 21st Century Jobskills Project does
Mission
Charitable and Educational purposes - we coordinate a community process that performs certain tasks (career exploration in middle school and high school, mentoring, transportation...) designed to facilitate all public school students in achieving a true living wage job.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Program
HP3 is a public-private partnership that coordinates a systemic community process designed to facilitate all Haverhill public school students in achieving a true living wage job. Core tasks include conducting career exploration sessions with all middle school and high school students, executing a mentor program for students in middle school thru high school into post-high school early adulthood, augmenting transportation to get to the training/education or work site, and an annual community stakeholder assessment on required adjustments to meet the goal. Primary metric is the percentage of Haverhill students that achieve a living wage job.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2021, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2021, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $22k to $41k (+84%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
