Funders to approach for Waurika Agriculture Education Boosters Inc

Section 1. Irs section 501(c)(3) purposes the corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, in particular a charitable tax-exempt organization providing funding assistance for students enrolled in Waurika schools to include home schooled students residing within a 20 mile radius of the principal office and participating with the Waurika ffa and Waurika 4-h programs. Financial assistance may also be provided directly to adult leaders for specific benefit of the qualifying students in pursuit of agriculture education and experiences. Included in such purpose is the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
