The FIT Project is a 6-month lifestyle intervention in which families in need receive a gym membership, nutrition and cooking classes, a personal trainer, and a dietitian.We know healthy lifestyle habits, healthy eating, and physical activity can lower the risk of becoming obese and developing diseases.
