Mandy's Special Farm (dba mandy's farm) mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives by providing a foundation of supportive housing, rewarding employment opportunities, and strong community connections. We offer accessible, residential supportive housing designed to foster independence while ensuring that each individual has the resources they need to thrive. Our approach goes beyond simply providing a roof; we build a true sense of home, where everyone feels valued and included. Our employment training and placement services help individuals find meaningful work, allowing them to contribute to their community and build self-esteem. Through our agriculture apprenticeship program, we provide classroom and hands-on field education using a holistic approach to agriculture, focused on improving the environment through regenerative farming practices.
