The organization's primary exempt purpose is to prevent avoidable blindness and improve vision and health outcomes in underserved communities by providing access to high quality eye care services to underserved communities. The organization operates a comprehensive eye care program in rural Haiti that delivers diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of eye diseases, including pediatric and neonatal care.
