Colorado behavioral health system's purpose is to operate exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of its supported organizations; including community mental health centers, special mental health clinics, and other mental health providers described in irc section 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2).
