The primary purpose of operating a youth athletic program in the city of van, tx in which the primary mission and objective as fostered by the texas teenage ball program is to develop character through competitive play and to promote the ideals of americanism. We desire to help the youth of our community in many ways. 1. To build a health body and mind. 2. To learn and appreciate the value of team work. 3. To develop a strong competitive spirit. 4. To achieve the desire to become good citizens.
