TICLT purchased 2602 National Avenue, San Diego, CA to remove the property from the speculative real estate market; we've kept 5 very low-income families housed. TICLT is launching a rehabilitation of the property that includes a community clinic and arts spaces, as well as additional affordable housing. TICLT is also launching an educational campaign to increase home-ownership and curb displacement.
