Mission
To provide transportation assistance to cancer patients to obtain medical treatment toward survivorship. We have helped cancer patients across the state of North Carolina. Also, we have a mentoring program for girls ages 7-17 to provide leadership skills toward development and successful enhancement of academic goals to graduation and beyond.

Statement 1: The SISI Small PEARLS Lead Academy Program Impact During the 20242025 academic year, The SISI Small PEARLS Lead Academy achieved a historic milestone by enrolling 70 participants, the largest class in the Academy's 13-year history. Monthly leadership development sessions were held from September 2024 through May 2025 at the Life Enrichment Center (LEC) of Wake Chapel Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, providing a consistent environment for experiential learning, leadership development, mentoring, and community engagement. The Academy proudly celebrated the graduation of four high school seniors, each continuing their educational journey through higher education. Since its founding, the Academy has remained committed to preparing young women for academic excellence, leadership, civic engagement, and lifelong success.A hallmark of the year was the 5th Annual Small PEARLS Lead Conference, The SISI's signature community leadership event, which welcomed more than 350 girls, parents, mentors, and community leaders. The Jacksonville Nonprofit Hospital Partnership was primary sponsor and included Mayo Clinic, University of Florida Health, Baptist, Ascension and Brooks Rehabilitation.
