01What it does

What The Glen at Hiland Meadows Inc does

Mission

To provide a stimulating, supportive, secure residential retirement community designed to enhance social, educational, cultural, recreational and wellness opportunities where each resident can pursue an active and rewarding lifestyle.

As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Program

  1. The glen at hiland meadows (the glen) provides a "home for the aged" including 120 independent living apartments, cottages, and health care for the elderly in a 42 unit enriched housing residence. The retirement community serves residents 60 years of age and older, and provides security, maintenance, dining, activities, and amenities to allow residents to stay independent as long as possible. The enriched housing residence provides assistance with the activities of daily living and health related services. The memory care units are designed for senior residents with alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory loss problems. The glen is committed to making its services and facilities available to those residents who can no longer meet the financial obligations of residency to the extent that it is financially feasible to do so. The glen's activities are funded primarily from gross receipts from admissions and monthly service fees.
