Mission
The Bluemont Citizens Association (BCA), a non-profit organization, was established in 1962 for the betterment of the Bluemont community. The BCA continues to accomplish this mission today by voting on, providing funding for, and supporting a variety of improvements and outreach initiatives in and around the historic village.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990-EZ.

The BCA provided donations to local families who were in need; awarded post-secondary educational scholarships to students in our service area who had participated in community service endeavors; made memorial donations to recognize contributions of community residents who had served the community in significant ways; organized community clean-up events, planted and maintained outdoor barrel planters to enhance the local streetscape.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2021, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2021, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $162k to $129k (−20%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
