What Starbuck Foundation does
Mission
To provide free coaching and equipment for kids in underprivileged areas.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990-EZ.
Program
We have a free girls soccer program in Bridgeport that has around 50 girls in the program. They practice multiple times per week with real coaches that we pay and then play in leagues over the weekends. We also host events and camps with them. We get them free jerseys, shorts, socks, cleats, soccer bags, soccer jackets, soccer balls and more. We also teach around 50 St Ann Bridgeport kids each week after school. We also host a free chess class in Bridgeport on Saturdays. We have done book giveaways, winter coat giveaways and more too.
