Inspired by the vision of st. Francis and in the tradition of the roman catholic church, we extend the healing ministry of jesus christ to god's people, especially those most in need. We call forth all who serve in this healthcare ministry, to share their gifts and talents to create a spirit of healing- with reverance and love for all of life, with joyfulness of spirit, and with humility and justice for all those entrusted in our care. We are, with god's help, a healing and spiritual presence for each other and for the communities we are privileged to serve.

Dominic jackson memorial hospital as the surviving entity. Pursuant to the merger, all assets and liabilities of sdhs became assets and liabilities of sdjmh. The sole member of sdhs, fmol health system, inc., is now the sole member of sdjmh. After the merger, the activities of sdhs were continuied in sdjmh. This entity is part of a system of healthcare organizations and was duplicative within the system of entities; therefore it was merged into sdjmh, its subsidiary organization.
