She is the universe offers teen girls ages 13-21 from 50+ countries around the world the support they need to make an impact in their communities and to pursue their dreams. Through situ's dynamic in-person and virtual programs, teen girls step into the truth that they are powerful beyond measure.

Program
Through an intensive three-month period (with year-round programming), teen girls acquire and expand professional skills, including public speaking and social entrepreneurship; support and get involved in their community; learn to believe their opinions and thoughts are powerful beyond measure; experience a greater sense of belonging in the world; and develop their voice and the courage to share it with the world. Our 2023 cohort welcomed ~80 girls from 25 different countries. Other programs throughout the year include monthly girls circles, teen facilitator leadership trainings, public speaking programs, internship program, and a scholarship program for alumni
