What Save Ponte Vedra Beach Inc does

Mission

Restore and preserve the environmentally sensitive and severely eroded coastline of ponte vedra beach, florida

As stated on its FY2019 Form 990.

Program

During 2018, its first year, the organization was a catalyst for and a significant party in building public awareness of the beach and dunes erosion of the ponte vedra beach area shore line. The organization documented the issue and the important effects on the public, resulting in decisive early stage plans for beach restoration. Following the build up of public support st johns county hired a coastal engineering company, dedicated an initial and ongoing long term founding source to restore the beach. Refurbishment is now expected to begin in 2021.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990, which lists programs largest first by expense.
