What Santa Trinidad de Kaya Inc does
Mission
Santa trinidad de kaya is a community temple space based out of oakland, ca that has been in service to the heart for 10 years. We believe in empowering people through self agency and wisdom through the sacrament of plants. Through having integrity and a symbiotic relationship to nature we can connect to the divine and find gratitude and connection to all living beings. In finding this connection to all living beings we can then source patience, humility, forgiveness, and self acceptance for who we truly are. Once we find this acceptance and love from within we can be of service to our greater communities through the heart. Santa trinidad values diversity and all walks of life so that we can all learn from and collaborate with one another through different lived and felt experiences and support one another in the journey of life as ceremony. We are deeply connected to the shipibo lineage and give back to our amazonian communities and families with the donations we receive.
As stated on its FY2021 Form 990.
Program
We offer ancestral sound meditation to connect with plant spirits, community, and your own internal spirit to discover the divine inside you. In connecting to divinity within ourselves we can heal trauma, unhealthy patterns, addiction, and depression. We offer community meditation, small groups, and private meditation in our beautiful temple of the plants.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2019, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2019, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2019 to 2020, from $65k to $0 (−100%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Surplus & reserves
Operating surplus or deficit each year, and months of liquidity in hand. 0 of the last 2 reported years ran a deficit.

Leadership and staff
The officers, directors, trustees and key employees listed on each return. Joined and no longer listed compare each filing with the year before, matching people by surname and first initial; a year after a gap, or a roster under three people, has no comparison.
