We value a person's story and through experience and evaluation, leaders develop critical skills for public life. We have also developed leaders who have learned to fight unfair housing evictions for over one hundred residents. They have learned to create and implement an agenda and understand the importance of civic engagement.

We provide mentorship and resources to families in need, as well as the appropriate space to build trust. Our unhoused community in the greater sacramento valley has become one of our strongest partners, and we have developed a relational culture to seek common-sense solutions-led by impacted families.
