01What it does

What Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset does

Mission

It shall be the goal of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset to live aloha - to nuture and embrace a culture of respect, caring and connection with our fellow rotarians, our guests and our community. We shall embrace rotary's four-way test and work actively in support of one another and in service to the community that is our home.

As stated on its FY2017 Form 990-EZ.

Program

One of the club's community service programs is its "go green" focus including conservation, solid waste management and community cleanups. The club conducted a recycling day where it accepted nearly 2,000 electronic devices and significant quantities of appliances, scrap metals and tires that might otherwise have gone to the county landfill.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990-EZ.
