Program
RGH Support Corporation has been organized for the benefit of Valley Citizens' Foundation for Health Care, Inc. (D/B/A Rio Grande Hospital). RGH Support Corporation's operations are exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, to support, and to carry out the purposes of Rio Grande Hospital.To further support the important and impactful mission of Rio Grande Hospital, RGH Support Corporation intends to construct the new 7,300 sq. foot Rio Grande Wellness Center, which will house a community gathering place, teaching kitchen, exercise and yoga studio, and educational space and several detached lodging units to serve as short term lodging at no cost for wound care patients, family of hospice patients, locum providers and other traveling hospital staff (the Facility). As part of this endeavor, RGH Support Corporation specifically intends to accept a contribution by Rio Grande Hospital of certain real property and related improvements on which it will construct the Facility. In furtherance of its charitable purposes, RGH Support Corporation will then lease the Facility to Rio Grande Hospital, which will operate the newly constructed Facility.
