Programs
Education Through Music - Los Angeles (ETM-LA) is a music education program which provides instruction to all Aldama Elementary students throughout the school year (approximately 350 children). Two concerts are performed each year for families and local community, one in the winter and one in the spring. ETM-LA's goal is to incorporate music education into students' daily lives, with the ultimate purpose of getting the school to recognize the importance of music education and potentially hire a music teacher through their own budgeting process. https://etmla.org/

Beautifications took place on a monthly basis throughout the year where attendees helped plant natural habitat, clean up trash, and organize our outdoor space around the playground. On average, 15-20 people showed up per event. Snacks and drinks were paid for by the PTA. At movie night, we showed "Coco" to our attendees, approximately 200 people. The PTA paid for the movie license, and offered free popcorn. Our annual astronomy night included STEM-based activities for students and families to participate in, as well as telescope viewings of the moon, planets, and stars. PTA funds were used to pay for activity supplies.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2024, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2024, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $45k to $46k (+3%).
