What Prom Beach Inc does
Mission
For many, prom highlights the high school experience. It's an anticipated rite of passage, creating memories that will last a lifetime. For others, however, attending prom or other milestone events is a distant wish due to financial constraints, which can cause anxiety, negative feelings of being left out, and inadequacy. Prom beach was born to address this need, providing gowns and suits to partner organizations all while providing value and empowerment.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990-EZ.
Program
The public support and contributions go to fund our mission - which is to provide inclusion and empowerment for teens from low-to-no income families in giving them access to key milestone events by providing them with free special events and formal wear.
