Programs

  1. Charter school - this program established a charter/high school, middle school, and elementary school for grades k-12 that was approved by the arizona state board for charter schools. The purpose of this program is to provide an alternative to the traditional high school, middle school, and elementary school environment. This program uses public funds provided by the arizona department of education and is open to all eligible high school, middle school, and elementary school students. Nosotros, inc. Operates the charter school through its 100% ownership of Nosotros academy, llc, a disregarded tax entity. The operation of the charter school began in august 2002. The internal revenue service was informed about this activity and issued a letter dated november 5, 2002 advising Nosotros, inc. That the uses of Nosotros academy, llc and the operation of a charter school did not effect Nosotros, inc.'s exempt status.
