01What it does

What Northern Ag Development Corporation does

Mission

To hold and develop commercialized technologies for the benefit of agricultural producers in the region

As stated on its FY2022 Form 990-EZ.

Program

  1. Northern Ag Development Corporation was organized and has operated for the purpose of holding and developing commercialized technologies for the benefit of agricultural producers in the area. Annual goals include conducting research that has commercial viability and allowing other corporations to lease or purchase intellectual property to implement said research. As is the nature of research some projects are unable to move forward due to funding constraints or are abandoned due to a host of other reasons upon evaluating viability. In 2022 the main focus was questions around beef processing and packing and the most profitable size plant.
