Diversifying, enriching, and strengthening the stem pipeline from youth to college to career in the portland metro area. We provide access to a wide range of programs and resources, including scholarships, internship opportunities, annual youth infrastructure fair and community-based initiatives like our little free library program. There are also networking mixers, professional development workshops and community engagement activities that strengthen our diverse network of engineers and stem professionals.
