01What it does

What National Church Residences Affordable Housing Mgmt & Services does

Mission

Originating from a christian commitment of service, our mission is to provide high quality care, services and residential communities for all seniors.

As stated on its FY2020 Form 990.

Program

National church residences affordable housing and management services is a not-for-profit corporation certified as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. In 2005, national church residences affordable housing and management services was formed out of the parent company of national church residences (ncr) to separate out the housing management function of that ohio not-for-profit corporation. In 1961, the reverend john r. Glenn and four ohio presbyterian churches formed ncr out of a christian commitment to serve older adults' housing, social, and human needs. While our ministry has been targeted primarily toward older adults, we have special concern for low- and moderate-income seniors, persons with disabilities, and low- and moderate-income families. While we are committed to professionalism in the management of property, programs, and human resources, we are equally committed to compassion for the people we serve.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990, which lists programs largest first by expense.
