All funds the foundation raises, either through a fundraising event or contributions received by donors, will go predominantly to the supplemental financial support of the respective schools with the exception of a nominal amount retained for certain small recurring operating expenses of the foundation. These funds will be given to the schools in the school district based upon a needs basis to help the schools to secure the necessary funding for, but not limited to, playground equipment, extra curricular activities and fine arts equipment.
