Programs
The maicu strives to serve as a voice for its seven member private colleges for any committee work or other organizations that require us to participate (e.g., the mississippi commission on college accreditation and the "ascent to 55%" program). In 2025, the maicu was the fiscal agent and organizer for the mississippi association of colleges and universities conference held in july 2025 in jackson, ms. This responsibility rotates among colleges and universities in the state of mississippi. Maicu coordinates the distribution of any scholarships and state or federal funding it receives to the seven members of maicu. In 2025 maicu received an unsolicited contribution from paccar foundation (91-6030638)in the amount of 70,000 for student scholarships. The funds were distributed to all seven members of maicu in equal amounts of 10,000 each. The paccar foundation played no role in the selection of the scholarship recipients. No active fundraising of any kind was performed by maicu in 2025.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2024, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2024, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $2k to $74k (+3587%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
