Midwest community health associates, inc. (mcha) is a multi-specialty medical group specializing in family medicine, pediatrics, audiology, cardiology, gastroenterology, otolaryngology, wound care, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pain management, physical medicine & rehabilitation, podiatry, orthopedics, general surgery, ob/gyn, sleep medicine, dermatology, diabetes management, pharmaceutical management, walk-in clinics, physical & occupational therapy, laboratory and imaging services. The providers include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, physical therapists, athletic trainers, occupational therapists, laboratory techs, and radiology techs. (see schedule o for continuation) mcha provides various services at its six offices in bryan, montpelier, archbold, hicksville, wauseon, and sherwood, ohio. Services are offered monday through friday at these locations. Most offices provide late hours at least one day per week to expand access to the community.
