The midway neighborhood cooperative is a cooperatively run construction and neighborhood development company. Made up of midway residents and business owners, mnc is dedicated to principles of affordability, sustainability, solidarity and participatory planning rooted in a democratic workplace. We work to build neighbordhood resources for and by residents of the midway neighborhood where we work and live.

Construction: we collaborate with professional architects, engineers, urban designers and city planners to collectively plan, design, construct, restore and maintain new and existing structures in the midway neighborhood. We work to establish high-quality, sustainable residential housing and communal resources that meet the needs of midway residents physical structures that support the existence of resilient, healthy social structures.
