What Middlesex Health Services Inc does
Mission
Providing integrative medicine services to the community.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Program
Middlesex health services operates an integrative medicine clinic. Integrative medicine is a holistic medical approach that combines the best of conventional medicine with the most effective complementary and alternative therapies to lessen symptoms of chronic conditions such as digestive disorders, diabetes, alleviate pain associated with cancer therapy, and general symptoms of stress and anxiety. The burris center for integrative medicine helps us achieve our goal of treating the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. Integrative medicine is not a substitute for normal treatment but works alongside it to help with symptom management, stress relief, and more. Integrative medicine is available to everyone in the community, and it can benefit people with a wide range of conditions or concerns. Our practitioners work with patients who have been diagnosed with: allergies, cancer, chronic pain and/or fatigue, fibromyalgia, heart disease, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, recurrent infections, sleep disturbances and insomnia, stress, anxiety and depression.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $4.9M to $410k (−92%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2021 11% · 2022 87%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
0% of MIDDLESEX HEALTH SERVICES INC’s revenue is contributions — more earned-revenue than three-quarters of its peers (100% for the typical peer).
