The organization's mission is to raise money and purchase handicap accessible equipment that will be used by the community. The board of directors and the executive director are responsible for conducting the fund raising and implementation of equipment. As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.
Program
This organization will help to bring the areas first public all-inclusive and fully accessible playground to Southeast Missouri. There is currently no public playground that enables individuals with special needs to experience the joy of playing outdoors with other children and adults for nearly 100 miles. Melainas Magical Playland was inspired by the daughter of Jeff and Andrea Cunningham. Melaina Cunningham was a vibrant and spunky 3-year- old who didnt let a disease like Nemaline Myopathy diminish her spirit. Melainas Magical Playland is designed to encourage people of all ability levels to interact side by side enjoying similar activities in a common, fun-filled area. The playground will include integrated activities for all ages and ability levels where fun has no limitations, and everyone can participate!

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2021 to 2022, from $722k to $737k (+2%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
