Louisville Economic Development Alliance LEDA is the principal economic development entity for Louisville-Jefferson County with a mission to make Louisville the best community in America to build a thriving company a rewarding career and a fulfilling life.

  1. LEDA supports the long-term health of the local economy by working with existing businesses to identify opportunities for growth and address challenges to retention. Staff regularly engage with business leaders to understand workforce infrastructure and operational needs and coordinate with public and private partners to connect businesses with relevant resources. This program is designed to promote employment stability business growth and sustained economic development in Louisville.
