What Littleliving Org Inc does
Mission
Little Living was formed for the purpose of acquiring, developing and building affordable little living homes and villages, primarily in Sussex and Kent Counties in Delaware. The homes will be available to qualified individuals who are seniors, veterans or working couples whose earnings range between 50% -80% of Average Median Income for these Counties. Depending on the location and local rules, the homes will either be rented or sold to individuals using a land-lease model. Homes will be either 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units. Rents are expected to range from $1,000-$1,200/mth and sales of units will range from $107,600 to $135,200. Funding for Little Living will be derived from Grants, Donations, Operating Income and/or debt financing, if needed.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.
Programs
Market Street Village is Little Living's highest organizational priority. Sussex County's continued growth has increased pressure on the supply and cost of housing. Market Street Village will provide a long-term response by adding 20 permanently affordable homes in central Sussex County. The project has advanced well beyond the conceptual stage. Little Living has acquired the properties, advanced development approvals, begun demolition and environmental remediation, assembled its professional development and construction team, and secured significant public and philanthropic support. Little Living has also worked with the Town of Georgetown to obtain a revised ordinance and zoning to support this type of affordable cottage housing. Major supporters include DNREC, Longwood Foundation, Welfare Foundation, Healthy Communities Delaware, Energize Delaware and M&T Charitable Foundation, along with donated land, financing (County Bank and NeighborGood Partner) and other public and private resources. The project is now moving from remediation and development into site preparation, infrastructure and residential construction. Additional capital is particularly valuable at this stage…

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2024, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2024, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $67k to $826k (+1129%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2025 21%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
100% of LITTLELIVING ORG INC’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (38% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
Grant support over time, funder by funder — shade shows the grant size each year.
1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of LITTLELIVING ORG INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of LITTLELIVING ORG INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $8k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
