What Light of Love Ministries does
Mission
Offering supportive relationship and resources to those in and affected by the commercial sex industry, and equipping committed leaders to do the same, in Jesus' name
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Programs
Convention Outreach - In 2025, we staffed and supplied the performer hospitality room at 4 national conventions, including snacks and hygiene supplies for 103 performers, including a total of 269 meals across all four shows. We connected with 6865 people at our Jesus Loves Sex Workers booth. This year, we also began offering self-care and relationship health seminars at the conventions, which have been attended by 40+ performers, producers, and consumers alike. Additionally, we offered prayer, love, and encouragement to 150 more individuals through our presence at an additional convention in Las Vegas and at an industry awards show in Orlando that we were honored at.
$23,530 spent73% of program spendingLocal Outreach - In 2025, our team added St. Louis as a location and our Seattle team added a second set of clubs in the north part of the city. In Seattle, we supplied 948 gift and treat bags across four clubs; in St. Louis 955 across ten clubs and illicit massage locations - altogether, 1903 gift and treat bags with hand written notes to industry workers. Simultaneously we offered relational support, encouragement, prayer without expectation, and bible study. We were regularly thanked for our presence in both spaces and saw people in the industry responding with joy and reaching out at various times for support. Additionally, we had the privilege of offering $1218 in bill pay assistance and benevolent family support to a few survivors and industry ladies we know who needed a little extra help.
$4,563 spent14% of program spendingLeader Development - We entered 2025 with the conviction that supporting and developing the holistic health of leaders who are called to serve this industry long term had to be a priority, for the sake of the individuals we serve, and in light of the intensity of proximity to this particular industry. For our two executive staff, we began covering all or part of professional emotion-centered coaching through TinMan Ministries (all for our director, half for our ops director) and we held a 36-hour team retreat with the total support staff to learn how to work together as a more cohesive team.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2024, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2024, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $60k to $76k (+26%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
100% of LIGHT OF LOVE MINISTRIES’s revenue is contributions — more donation-reliant than the typical peer (100% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
Grant support over time, funder by funder — shade shows the grant size each year.
1 of 2 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 74% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of LIGHT OF LOVE MINISTRIES’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
How concentrated its funding is
LIGHT OF LOVE MINISTRIES leans on a few funders — its largest provides 74% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left
74% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund LIGHT OF LOVE MINISTRIES.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
74% of LIGHT OF LOVE MINISTRIES's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Of the $5k that is directly attributable, 100% of it comes from funders outside Washington, across 1 state.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $14k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
