What League of Young Inventors does
Mission
To provide a stem program for children entering grades 1 through 5. The program creates a fun, low stakes atmosphere where kids can tinker and experiment to develop a direct and deep connection with technology.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.
Program
Curriculum development and school partnerships: the organization developed, licensed, and delivered hands-on stem curriculum units to partner schools and districts. Each unit includes lesson plans, slides, handouts, and required materials, aligned to grade-level standards, enabling classroom teachers to integrate the engineering design process into existing instruction. The organization also provided immersive professional development sessions that train teachers in the full learning sequence of each unit.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2019, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2019, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $124k to $18k (−85%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
33% of LEAGUE OF YOUNG INVENTORS’s revenue is contributions — about as donation-reliant as the typical peer (57% for the typical peer).
