In 2023 live musical performances continued a jazz musician tour organ concert and a retrospective look at Latvian music from 1953 to the present. After a long absence the fall theater tourney was resumed 10 centers with attendance of 623. TILTS supported these by covering travel expenses and where necessary arranged for insurance and visas for visiting artists.
