As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Program

  1. Lcda's mission is to develop, support and increase the number of us hispanic/latinos on corporate boards. We accomplish this mission through several strategic programmatic focus areas: membership, demand, and talent services.in 2024, lcda marked several significant achievements:-achieved 20% membership growth, bringing us to nearly 700 members-lcda facilitated over 550 one-on-one introductions between latino board-ready executives and leading search firms, private equity organizations, and boards.-participated in over 140 board executive searches, expanding opportunities for latino representation. Today, we have extraordinary influence and potential.as we venture into 2025, lcda is poised to gather and map out a bold new vision for the years ahead. It will launch a comprehensive member and stakeholder survey whose findings will help the board begin key discussions on a strategic plan forward.
