Mission
The purpose of Jubilee Accord is to serve the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the most under-privileged members of society in underdeveloped countries including the victims of human trafficking orphans the disabled the untouchables and other marginalized peoples through education advocacy housing training and more.

Programs
Sanctuary Home is a childrens home orphanage that runs in Tamil Nadu India and has been operating since 1988. There are 151 children resident 53 girls and 98 boys who are housed clothed and cared for including medical and dental care. In order to cover the daily costs of caring for these children Jubilee Accord has pledged $50 child month totaling $90,600 for the year 2025 12 months x 151 children x $50 monthly cost per child.
