What Joshua House Inc does
Mission
It is the mission of Joshua House Inc. To provide comprehensive services for individuals facing the challenges of developmental disabilities, mental retardation, and/or traumatic brain injury within an environment akin to a natural home setting. This program has as its primary purpose the promotion of independence, inclusion, individuality, and normalcy in the lives of those we serve with an emphasis on outcomes, abilities, and overcoming personal challenges. The entity ceased operations and is not dormant.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.
Program
Residental habilitation provides assistance with acquisition, retention or improvements of self-help skills related to activities of daily living, such as personal grooming and cleanliness, bed-making and household chores, eating and the preparation of food, and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the individuals to reside in a non-institutional setting. The organization is currently dormant and has no activity.
The program described on its FY2024 Form 990.
The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2021 to 2022, from $469k to $0 (−100%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Surplus & reserves
Operating surplus or deficit each year, and months of liquidity in hand. 5 of the last 8 reported years ran a deficit.
