What Jayden McKinney Memorial Foundation does
Mission
501c3 Non-Profit, Following the death of our son in 2023 we received a lot of monetary contributions in his memory so we proceeded to start a Memorial Foundation in his honor to use the funds to continuing helping others. 2023 was the first year of the Foundation and we hope to continue to grow it as we move forward to provide financial support to the youth in our community and Memorial scholarships in Jayden's honor. 2024 and 2025 were close to break even years for our incoming donations and our outgoing grants and scholarships.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Program
In 2025 we sponsored many youth organizations and contributed to youth events as well as award scholarships to those going to further their education. 24 people received scholarships and 6 people were sent to youth camp. Several kids were supported in other camps and organizations.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $133k to $129k (−3%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
