Programs
Public relations: tama county farm bureau was involved in activities and events including promoting t-bone tuesday with fareway and the tama county cattlemen, additional contribution to traer school for volleyballs and tama county fair sponsorship.
Education/ag in the classroom: committee members did several aitc activities at north tama, traer and south tama, tama. The scholarship committee met and awarded scholarship to 3 high school seniors totaling $3,000.
Membership drive: tama county farm bureau participated in the membership incentive trip. We offered membership inserts to all members, offered sign posts for members, and cash prizes for membership contest.
The company has various programs that are aimed at providing information to members on current agricultural issues through newsletters, meetings, etc. 1,298 members were benefitted in this manner during 2024.
