"The Hidden Gem" is a creative studio and shared workspace for experimental artists in the Latino, African-American and Asian communities. Hosting some of Oakland's most promising artists, "The Hidden Gem" hosts private networking events for emerging arts entrepreneurs.

The Hidden GEM operated a 12 month career training program for young filmmakers, hosted film festivals/screenings, and employed artists to make social justice cinema for community clients. We also founded student film productions and operated a studio facility where we mentored and advised youth filmmakers.
